Wes Dugan works with individuals and families who want to protect their
personal assets. He provides home, auto, life, and health insurance
products to cover all of the unexpected event in your life.
If you ask a few of his clients how they would describe Wes, you will
hear words such as passionate, professional, problem solver, value, and
trust. When you choose to work with Wes, you get all of this and more.
You will also hear “he cares”. If you ask Wes the
key to his success, he will tell you that building strong, long lasting
relationships is at the top of his list along with a desire to educate
his customers so they can make the best buying decision for them and
their situation.
After graduating from North Carolina State with a bachelor’s
degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Agricultural Economics in
1998, Wes went to work for Novartis as a sales manager. This fit right
into his agricultural background since his responsibility was to
provide agricultural chemical products to farmers in the Middle
Tennessee area through local dealers. It also afforded him the
opportunity to start building relationships with the people he wanted
to serve. He still maintains strong ties with his previous customers to
this day even after being out of the agricultural chemical business for
over seven years.
After a successful career with Novartis, Wes was looking to make a
change. A friend introduced him to Farm Bureau Insurance. This has
proven to be a good move for Wes and for the people he serves. It gives
him the opportunity to not only serve farmers in Middle Tennessee, but
to also serve other individuals and families such as professionals or
white collar workers. Remember, you don’t have to be farmer
to have Farm Bureau Insurance.
Being an independent insurance agent in Wilson County gives Wes the
opportunity he seeks to be involved, to serve, and to give back to the
community. Building stronger relationships, being a part of the
community, personal one-on-one attention for his clients, and
personally being there in a time of need are all very important to Wes.
You can go anywhere to buy insurance but if you want a trusted advisor
who truly cares about your needs and your ability to handle any crisis
that may come up in your life, Wes is the one you want in your corner.
